NECA
contractors manage well-trained employees.
NECA contractors have made a commitment to continuing education
for themselves as well as for their employees. The electricians hired by NECA
contractors have the experience and education necessary to meet
the demands of today and tomorrow's construction industry. How is this possible? Training, Training,
Training... The nature of electrical work is serious business, and this is something that our apprenticeship
program does not take lightly. Before our apprentices advance to Journeyman
status, they are required to undergo a 5-year, full-time apprenticeship program - that equates to more than
1000 classroom hours and 8000 on-the-job training hours. This 5-year program allows us to know exactly
what we are getting, and so will you!
